It’s a great stay so far. All employees we have encountered are so nice and professional. The lobby is very clean and has a very warm seasonal atmosphere. Room is small and a bit old, but it’s cozy and has everything we need. The clubhouse has a ping pong table and two arcade games for kids to play.

I wish there was a middle rating. In the grand scheme of things, everything has been good. We are owners. Have been for many many years. The staff is wonderful here. Our anniversary was recognized and celebrated with special touches. However, the place is slowly showing some wear and tear. Our bathroom sink drain was locked shut. I was able to open it with a knife. Our shower didn’t work but the maintenance person who came was great and fixed it. Smoke alarm beeping and microwave light went out etc. Overall, these are first world problems but what we pay annually does make us question a little where the money goes. The new courtyard expansion and redo is underway and looks amazing so perhaps it’s just an overlap of where the funds are allocated? This place is our second home and a place we consider our family. And like family, it’s hard to see it age and show some weaknesses. Still call it family and our home away from home.

Very disappointed that the landscaping is taking so long to complete. No workers were on site the week we spent at OVI even though the weather was decent most days. The Staff was very nice.

As lovely as ever! Really love having a bigger fridge and looking forward to the beatiful new hottubs
