There was a small maintenance issue and it was taken care of very promptly with minimal disruption. Staff, as in all things, were friendly and responsive.

The resort is showing its age. Stucco is missing in spots. Bathroom drawers don't open and close easily. The shower head is flimsy.
The staff is great. The location, with the shuttle bus, makes getting to the resort a breeze. I really like the sauna.

The Televisions were way to0 difficult to operate. TV's are very cheap these days and all of them in the resort need to be replaced.

Ginger is amazing and so is the rest of the staff I went there to get married originally we were going to use the fountain with flowers floating in it but it broke they put lovely flowers in the clubhouse More like a 20/20

The hot tub and the sauna! I loved being so close to Palisades and having a home away from home!

It’s been really relaxing and I’m glad I found this place. The price was very good for 5 days and I’m thinking of staying two more.
Spa and washing clothes was fantastic! Thank you. A really nice place!

You can't change this, but while being on the bottom floor was easier, the family above us was very loud and lots of foot pounding going on. We would try for an upper floor next time (but needed bottom floor for now as I was recovering from surgery). Also, the toaster started smoking immediately when we tried to use it (room 105). Thanks.
Proximity to activities and it was where my parents had their timeshare for over 10 years, so a walk down memory lane.

We understand that improvements take time. Being long time Owners, we continue to be patient with the process.
The location is one of the things we enjoy. Very little traffic and comfortable grounds.
