all was fine - maintenance came immediately to fix my leaking sink problem. the construction is nearly finished so can't wait to go back and see the newly landscaped property.
I love it all. the staff is wonderful, love that the property is being upgraded a bit more.

Great location away from the main tourist crowd. Front door walking distance to hiking trails. Quite and clean. Nice new, large hot tubs. The rooms themselves are a bit out dated, but still comfortable.

A historic hotel with trails nearby and outstanding natural surroundings - a serene, lovely setting.

Ensure that amenities in the room are working and supplied. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower were filled, but the body wash in the shower was empty. The coffee maker was not working. I followed instructions, filling it with water, but a red light kept coming on say that water needed to be filled.
Also, I rented a movie that I was excited to watch with the popcorn that I received. But, the dvd player in the bedroom was not connecting to the tv. However, the one in the living room appeared to connect, but I was too tired to sit on the couch.
I loved the new hot tubs. They are spacious and very hot. The hot tub area is clean and comfortable.

We were not informed about the renovations and that the pool was closed. Very disappointed grandchildren. Still charged the full resort fee.

Get the construction finished ... we have not had access to all of Olympic Village for four years!
Great unexpected surprise -- a larger refrigerator in our unit. This answers our No. 1 complaint about Olympic Village Inn.
