Getting Around
Private Ski Shuttle Complimentary Service
The Mountaineer Shuttle goes between the main entrance of Olympic Village Inn and the Tram building at Palisades Tahoe, runs every 10 minutes.
Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm with a break between Noon-1:00pm
Available 7 days a week.
You can use the Mountaineer app between 7:00am-10:30pm for this free on-demand shuttle service.

Bike Rentals
We have a fleet of 70 bikes available for rent from October through May. These can be rented with burley buggies and training wheels. There is also an incredible paved bike path right outside our resort. Helmets, backpacks, and bike locks are also available.
Arts and Crafts
We offer a variety of classes through the year including pottery painting, mosaics, free sunglass decoration, drawing/painting classes, holiday cookie decorating, t-shirt tie dye classes. Any activities hosted by our department in-house are usually free. We invite outside companies to provide fee based classes for the mosaics and pottery painting.
Guided Tours
Hike, snowshoe, ski, and snowboard tours vary through the season and are weather permitting. Tours are limited to 12 participants. Hiking tours vary in distance and difficulty depending upon the trail. In order to participate in ski/snowboard tours, guests will need to purchase their own ski pass to the ski area and have all necessary equipment before participating.
