TERMS & CONDITIONS - OVI COURTYARD ADVENTURE
NO PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER
The OVI Courtyard Adventure (“Promotion”) begins at Sunday, September 6, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends at Sunday, October 4, 2026 at 9:00 p.m. (“Promotion Period”).
The Promotion consists of a single prize drawing. One [1] potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential winner will be selected on or about the Friday following the end of the Promotion Period. If a potential winner is selected and determined to be ineligible, a new winner will be immediately selected from the remaining entries.
All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to owners at Olympic Village Inn. Entries which do not correctly include all information necessary to identify the potential winner are ineligible to win.
Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER (NO PAYMENT NECESSARY)
During the Promotion Period, a single entry shall be given to each owner whose name is provided on the OVI Courtyard Adventure Entry Form, available at the front desk. Maximum one entry per owner. No action is necessary beyond turning in the completed form to the front desk. Entry forms with incomplete or inaccurate information may not be eligible for entry into the Promotion.
POTENTIAL WINNER SELECTION
One potential winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about October 5, 2026 under the supervision of General Manager, Ginger Karl. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
If a potential winner is selected and determined to be ineligible, a new winner will be immediately selected from the pool of remaining entries for that participating resort.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE
The winner will be notified via email and/or telephone and have their prize sent to them via email using the information included with their entry.
The winner will receive a voucher redeemable for a two (2) night stay at Carlsbad Inn. The approximate retail value of the prize will vary depending on the day and season in which the voucher is redeemed. Prize awarded “as is” with no warranty. No cash equivalent or substitution is permitted except at
Sponsor’s sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Prize is non-transferable. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of a prize.
PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name and city/state of residence for promotional purposes related to the Promotion, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or winning entry and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent, inaccurate, or incomplete entries, attempts to circumvent these Official Rules, or otherwise acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, or these Official Rules, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, subject to applicable law.
By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor the right, where permitted by law, to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, likeness, voice, photographs, and prize-related statements for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation or notice.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, postage-due, damaged, delayed, or undeliverable mail entries; technical failures; or any other errors that may affect the administration of the Promotion.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Village Inn Owner’s Association, and their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, volunteers, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except to the extent prohibited by law.
PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used solely to administer the Promotion and will not be sold or shared except as required by law or described in Sponsor’s privacy policy.
GOVERNING LAW AND OFFICIAL RULES
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the state of California. A copy of these Official Rules will be available during the Promotion Period at the Olympic Village Inn front desk.

This Promotion is sponsored by GRAND PACIFIC RESORTS SERVICES, L.P., a , located at 5900 Pasteur Ct., Ste. 110, Carlsbad, CA 92008 (“Sponsor”). Sponsor is solely responsible for operating and administering the Promotion.
