(Peter) Greetings fellow Olympic Village and owners!

Jay Watt and our ever capable and talented Tony on the camera.

(Tony) “Hello, Tony.”
(Peter) We are coming to you on a glorious day in Olympic Valley in The Sierras,
and it is the last week of August.
So we are approaching the end of another building season.
So we’re going to give you a quick tour around.
We’re getting really close to the finish line on the courtyard project,
and as Tony pans the camera,
we’ll kind of explain to you what’s going on.
So Jay, kick it off.
(Jay) So we’re standing here on the plaza-patio area,
which is kind of an enhanced from what it was before.
We have more seating areas,
some more benches and table areas.
We have a water feature down here to enjoy,
and the whole place is looking really good.
We’re really happy with the progress.
We wish it was done a year ago, but it wasn’t.
But we’re getting really close and we’re excited about it.
Our guests are having a lot of positive comments,
so come on up and enjoy the Sierras.
(Peter) And you can see, all the landscaping has pretty much gone in.
We’re just getting to the lower part of the property now,
and then the last thing and Tony,
if you want to spin all the way over here
where the workers are still coming in and out of
to the east side of the swimming pool,
this is going to become a large lawn area surrounded
in landscaping for activities and events and so forth.
And that will be the last thing that we do this fall.
So we’re going to take you on a quick tour.
Let’s go check in at our next spot.
(Jay) Welcome back.
Here we are at the one of the main water features,
we call it the Birch Water Feature,
which runs down to the courtyard
and one of our numerous seating areas that we’ve added,
and the space is pretty much done.
These are really great amenities for
our Summer, Spring, and Fall Owners.
[Water fountain ambient sound]

(Peter) But as Jay said,
the water feature is going to get cleaned up.
And one of the new things that’s going to get added
is actually the in-stream lighting for night.
These will light up right here. Very cool.
Yeah. And same things throughout the courtyard,
we’ll see the light bars that are sprinkled throughout the courtyard.
It will be fully lit at night.
Again we can see the landscaping and the hammocks everywhere.
So lots to enjoy.
(Peter) We are back. We’re over here at the brand new Aspen Spa,
which has been online now for about eight months and getting rave reviews.
And then as Tony comes to the left,
you’ll see the new Aspen water feature,
which is really cool.
Nice sound, very relaxing.
When you look over there and you’ll see the new fire pit seating area.
There’s a similar one over at the Birch Spa area,
and oh, tell me what I’m missing.
(Jay) Now this is one of the multiple seating areas we put in.
This one happens to have a tremendous vista of the Tram Face.
We’re kind of excited about that.
But these are peppered throughout the project,
and really giving our guests a lot of special little seating areas to gather at,
and bring your laptop out here and catch you up on your phone mail,
and then go out and have some fun.
(Peter) And the money shot here is Tram Face right from this seat.
So this will be a highly sought after location.
(Peter) Okay, we are back and we’re going to wrap up on the courtyard here for this time.
The courtyard project will be done after 4 or 5 years this fall.
Everybody’s enjoying it already, so come on up.
The annual Owners meeting is on September 10, 2026.
For those people that come up,
they’ll get to see it firsthand.
And Jay,
we’ve also got some great projects coming up here in the future.
(Jay) So we’re looking at the five year plan and what we need to accomplish.
There’s a lot of things that need to be accomplished.
We do have a mechanism to fund most of these projects,
but we’re going to be doing handrails,
planter removal, exterior painting,
some deck area at the at the courtyard level there,
replacing all those pavers that are some 50 years old
among some other things,
and we’re also dabbling in some room renovation
master designs at this point and so more to come.
