We had the best time at Olympic Valley Inn. This was our first time and will definitely be back. The staff was amazing- so friendly and accommodating!

All was great!

1. Upon checkin, the person at the front desk was brusque and curt. I realize that they were busy with some paperwork; however, it would have been a lot better had we been received with a smile and a "welcome."
2. The bathroom sink water pressure in room 121 is very low.

We are really enjoying our stay. One thing However. I have been trying to meet with the GM Ginger for 2 days leaving a message to please call me, no response

Enjoying our trip nice to see all the improvements coming together. Look forward to our return. Hope to see water aerobics added back to the activity schedule.

Thank you for placing us near the pool for two weeks. Much appreciated. And also adding our bonus time room on the 1st floor near us. Everything on the property looks great even with construction.
